Director of IT
Pioneer Pacific College is looking for a “hands-on” professional to manage our IT department. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and at least 5 years of experience building and supporting Microsoft Windows Networks.
Job Duties:
- Database administration, systems software development and hardware acquisition.
- Install, maintain and monitor the network infrastructure including hardware and software firewalls, routers, switches and VPN connections.
- Provide end-user support for local and remote users.
- Maintain servers ensuring maximum uptime.
- Risk aversion and data security.
- Administer and maintain all software licensing activity and control of software.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of software operating environments and applications.
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Firewalls, VPN’s, Switches and Routers.
- Experience developing and administering informational systems and implementing informational security standards.
- MCSE
- Cisco certification desired.

Director of Marketing
Pioneer Pacific College is an established career college dedicated to our students, faculty and staff. We’re looking for a professional to join our management team and market our company with enthusiasm.
Duties
- Direct and oversee the College’s marketing policies, objectives and initiatives.
- Review changes to the marketplace and industry and adjust the marketing plan accordingly.
- Develop and implement the College’s advertising strategy from a business, sales and technical perspective.
- Develop and communicate a Marketing plan for the College.
- Maintain and administer the College’s marketing database.
- Develop a strategy for targeted marketing campaigns and is responsible for data extraction, list or lead generation and evaluating the effectiveness of the marketing campaign.
Skills
- Knowledgeable with marketing strategies, policies and administration. Academic experience preferred but not required.
- Able to work independently and show initiative.
- Experience creating and implementing a marketing strategy and plan.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excel expert.

Duties:

- Maintain current syllabi of courses taught according to present standards.
- Participate in the PN Faculty Meetings twice a month.
- Collaborate with the PN Program Director frequently.
- Maintain and post weekly office hours for student contact.
- Turn in daily attendance records by the end of classes each day.
- Keep record of each student’s progress in each course taught.
- Actively follow up on attendance and academic issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2-3 years experience
